Terms of Service (Plain English)
This is a summary of our agreement, written in plain, friendly language to ensure we’re all on the same page. For any legal clarification, a formal contract can be provided on request.
1. What we both agree to: We’ll bring our full creative expertise, energy, and experience to this project. You’ll provide everything we need, access, assets, decisions, and feedback, to keep things moving smoothly. You agree to the payment schedule and decision-making process we’ve outlined.
2. What’s included: Your proposal clearly outlines the number of videos, photos, shoot days, and revision rounds. If you request major changes (e.g. new videos, re-edits, reshoots), we’ll send you a revised quote before proceeding.
3. Feedback and revisions: We include 2 rounds of minor revisions and 1 major revision as standard. Feedback must come from a single point of contact. Additional revisions beyond those listed will be billed at £100/hour.
4. Ownership: You own the final delivered videos once the final invoice is paid. Raw footage is not included unless specifically agreed upon. We reserve the right to showcase our work in our portfolio.
5. Cancellation and refunds: Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel with less than 7 days’ notice before a shoot day, we reserve the right to charge a late cancellation fee. If you cancel the project altogether, you’ll pay for the work completed up to that point.
6. Storage: We’ll keep your edited videos available for download for 2 weeks after project completion. If you’d like long-term archival, we offer this as an optional subscription.
7. Changes during the project: If new ideas or deliverables emerge mid-project, we’re happy to explore them, but they’ll require a new quote and may affect timelines.
8. Legal stuff: This agreement is governed by UK law. By proceeding, you agree to the terms above and any timelines and deliverables detailed in the proposal.

Terms of Service (Formal Legal Version)
This Agreement is made between Visualante Creative (“Producer”) and the Client, as defined in the proposal document.
1. Scope and Timeline
The Producer will deliver all services and assets as outlined in the project proposal. Any changes to the scope, timeline, or deliverables require mutual written agreement.
2. Fees and Payment
Total fees are listed in the proposal. A 50% deposit is due upon acceptance of the proposal. The remaining 50% is due before final delivery. Late payments may delay delivery.
3. Intellectual Property
All final delivered content becomes the property of the Client once full payment has been received. Visualante Creative retains the right to use the work for promotional purposes. Raw footage is not included unless otherwise agreed.
4. Revisions and Feedback
The Client is entitled to 1 major and 2 minor rounds of revisions. Revisions must be consolidated and submitted via the designated point of contact. Further edits are charged at £100/hour.
5. Cancellations
If the Client cancels the project, they are responsible for paying for work completed to date. If cancellation occurs within 7 business days of a scheduled shoot, a cancellation fee of up to £800 may apply.
6. Liability
Visualante Creative will take reasonable care and deliver services professionally. We are not liable for loss of revenue, opportunity, or reputational damage arising from the use of the content.
7. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Visualante Creative against all claims, liabilities, or legal costs arising from the use of provided content (e.g. images, music, footage) unless otherwise provided by us.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. Payment will be due for any work completed up to that point.
9. Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
